Dr Goodpaster is nice and works well. He did change his plans with my tooth without discussing it with me, but I learned it was the best choice. His administration is not the kindest, they probably had bad days the 5 times I've been there. He should probably train them on good customer service since they are who we see first.

I had the privilege to visit Doctor Fletcher today in Shalimar for a painful tooth. The service was thorough and gentle, and the staff was excellent!
Dr. Goodpaster was nice but his administrative staff was rude and incompetent. Several of my appointments were 'lost' in their system and ultimately my whole dental record was lost or misplaced! They claim to have no record of me as ever being a patient! What did they do with all of my personal information in my dental record??! Steer clear of this place. Dr. Goodpaster retired but the administrative staff is still the same and they will treat you like garbage.
