Outstanding service but prices are somewhat high or inflated.
We love this Vet clinic. They are always so friendly and listen to your concerns thoroughly. They take very good care of our 3 legged old man cat, our nervous wreck pup and our new one that has a lot of kitty attitude. Feels like family taking care of our fur babies.
I would highly recommend Dr.Nichols and the entire staff at Brightman!! My husband and I always have a hard time finding a new vet when we move to a different city related to our high expectations for care for our fur babies. We were blessed to find this one. Our experience there has been amazing. We had 3 dogs and their experience and love for pets shine through their work. We recently lost one of our babies and everyone there was sympathetic and supportive. They made a terrible experience bearable through their compassion and genuine empathy for our loss!!
Dr. Nichols & Devanie are amazing ladies/professionals. They took great care of my baby when we were not sure what was wrong with him and they definitely made it less scary for me. They informed me of what to expect throughout my visit with them and I could not be more thankful for them. Petey and I cannot thank you both enough!!!
They were more than kind when we had to put our sweet Maggie down, they were compassionate, and waited a few weeks to send the bill, and even sent us a nice card!
