Sonic is pretty good food. My kids love coming here. It's always fun to pull up at the drive thru.
Horrible customer service today. Waited 20 minutes in drive through and the drive through lady completed ignored taking orders.
Average food and average service consistent for the past 2 years that I've lived here.
They weren't too busy when I arrived, however a rush came through the drive thru, vs the pull in stalls. I didn't realize how much time had elapsed waiting for a simple order. The guy who came out was as sweet as could be, super apologetic and even dished up a free meal coupon, in an effort to make my wait worth the while. Luckily my kids were enjoying the music and I was people watching patrons of Peppers. Glad to have this little spot in my neighborhood and the service was still great. Oh and my order was correct, even down to the sauce requested by the kids!! Awesome job tonight Sonic of Shalimar!!
We are from a different state and stopped by this sonic on the way through Shalimar tonight! This is the absolute worst sonic I've ever been to! Not only did we sit in the drive through for 45 minutes (there was hardly any other customers) As we pulled up to the window the girl was immediately super RUDE! She had no manners at all!!! We ordered regular sweet tea and a raspberry sweet tea, I opened the lid of the drink that was handed to me and smelled it to see which one it was AND tasted it.....it was coke!!! We politely told the girl at the window that we ordered a regular sweet tea and raspberry sweet tea. Her response was, "That's what that is!" She argued with us about what the drink was. THEN! She takes the drink so we can't see her (so she thought) sticks a straw in the drink and tastes it!!!!
