Bank of America has some of the worst service I have ever had with a bank. They have the worst rates I have ever seen with a bank. They are cheap and they will charge you for anything and everything. Go with some else.

FINALLY I HAD TO GO TO LENGTHS TO OPEN A SEPARATE NEW ACCOUNT AND NOW THEY ARE CHARGING ME $25 A MONTH.
WHEN I DEPOSITED CHECKS IN FEB/MARCH 2016 I REQUESTED A DEBIT CARD.......IN WRITING!
WOULD YOU IGNORE YOUR CUSTOMER .... INDEFINITELY?
I HAVE SUFFICIENT FUNDS TO AVOID PAYMENT OF FEES AND YET THEY CONTINUE TO IGNORE ME AND CHARGE ME BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE A WAY TO DETECT A CUSTOMER WHO HAS SUFFICIENT FUNDS TO HAVE ALL MAINTENANCE FEES WAIVED?
Don't go here. When my mom came to visit me she went into this bank and the next thing she knows she had her information stolen. Perhaps by an employee? I don't think it is a coincidence that the person who charged her card was located in Destin/ Miramar beach and she lives across the country.
ALL I WANTED WAS A DEBIT CARD FROM MY EXISTING ACCOUNT.
